Message is shot. The T-rod stablizes the lower control arm. Braking causes the lower control arm to pull back, and that swerves the car to the right. If you have Eibach lowering springs, then your tire leans inward and you need to push the UCA outward to correct excessive negative camber. Hope this helps.
